If you are reading this blog for the first time, then welcome to Bill on Baseball. The objective of this blog is to share my experiences of coaching youth baseball; which is something I have been doing for a number of years. In the years of coaching, I have produced three undefeated seasons and two season where we only lost one or two games. The teams I coach are not select leagues, although I would place my teams against any select team. The kids who are on my teams are your every-day school kids whose parents want them to play some kind of organized sport over the summer. So, as you can image, the skills and abilities of these kids are all over the spectrum.
